UPDATE ON TAMMY....

Well, it looks as if Tams may just have gall stones now....what else can happen to her? She will go back to the Doc on Thursday for an ultrasound and if it is gallstones, the gall bladder must come out.... Send up some prayers for her. smoochies Arlies

So sorry to hear that, but ya know.. Gallbladder removal is a CINCH!! If they can do it laparoscopically - and I'm sure they probably will - it's an outpatient kinda thing. They kick ya back outta the hospital within a couple of hours with a handful of Lortabs or Vicodin's and send you on your happy way. ( and with the appropriate drugs, it's a VERY HAPPY one hehe ) Tammy, just hang in there, and take it from me.. Gallbladder Surgery ain't nothing! I wanna say, the discomfort level is very low. I'm a BIG wussy when it comes to pain, and I wouldn't say it if it wasn't so!! lol Good Luck and hope that gallbladder doesn't attack again before you have surgery ~Andie~

Yikes. I have heard that folks with WLS usually end up getting their gall bladder out. I guess I have been pretty lucky. Tell her I am thinking of her.
