THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE PRAYERS, BUT..... The guy was supposed to file his paperwork by 5 pm today (by COB) and he did not. That means he is not going to take the plea bargain so that means there will be a trial. We do not have to go to court tomorrow. They will set the date tomorrow for the trial....I wish he'd pled out....but keep Jon in your prayers anyhows, he is really out of sorts right now. Thanks my dear beloved friends, smoochies Arlies
