B:Coffee with cream and Splenda
3 scrambled eggs
L: 1 chicken thigh/cheesecake
S: coffee/Cheesecake
D: 4 oz steak
S: Cream cheese mousse
Pain from TMJ continued and made me want to eat. Old habits die hard, if they ever die at all.
My victories today included turning away from a cookie cake, breakfast at my bible class, and my kids begging to go to a resturant after church. I really wanted to go so I wouldn't have to cook but I knew if I did I would blow the last 2 weeks work of low carbing.

Let's see. Yesterday, I munched a lot during the day, but it was always on something that was pretty healthy for me.
B- pancakes with sugar free syrup
S- Orange
L- tuna fish salad with Saltine Crackers
S- Strawberries sweetened with Splenda
Late Afternoon Snack- 6 Ritz Crackers with Peanut Butter
D- 1 flour tortilla with a mixture of chicken, peppers and onions
S- Pineapple tidbits, about 1/2 cup
I did not do well with liquids today.. I had 32 oz of water, 16 oz of tea, and 12 oz of coke (bad)

We went to a superbowl party so it wasn't the best eating day ever. But here goes.
B raisin bran with lactaid and 1/2 banana
S apple with peanut butter
L 3/4 of a two egg omelet made with 1 pc sausage and 2 tbs shredded cheese
S 7 sf little caramel drops
D 1 pc fried fish, 1 hush puppy, 1 tbs cole slaw, 6 fries, 3 boiled shrimp
tartar sauce and ketchup
S sf cherry crescent roll dessert and 3 homemade sf pretzel candies
