That's a great idea. I also have a friend that had the surgery in December and has had major, major complications and owes the hospital and Doctors sooo much money. He is also out of work for an extended period of time and has 3 children at home (and Wife). I have been wishing I could do something for him. Any suggestions for him? I'd be glad to help out any way I can on the cookbook or whatever. Ann
