Food choices Friday 2-03-06
Coffee, splenda & cream
B: skipped it
L: hamburger patty
S: Pork skins
D: Roasted chicken-2 thighs
S:cream cheese with splenda
S: Pork rinds
I was so wanting to eat late this evening. I couldn't seem to get enough. I don't think I ae enough during the early part of the day and that set me up for a muching session later. I also couldn't sleep well. I had dental work done a few days ago and it really messes up my jaws and gives me headaches for days. You know that old falsehood...I'll eat to feel better. Strongholds are tough to break!

A better post for me may have been:
What I didn't eat today-croissant, fruit gummies, burger buns, ice cream, birthday cake, pizza, microwave Butter Lover's popcorn ( I love popcorn) and those were only 1 days temptations. Wonder what today's will be... it helps to avoid them know I'll have to come clean and post about them.

L- Tuna Salad Sub from Subway (ordered 6 inch, ate about 3 inch)
S- 1 White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie (BAD, but could not resist)
D- Taco Bell 1/4 of a Crunchwrap Supreme ( I was not impressed)
S- nothing
Weekends are always bad for me, but I am going to try to eat good this weekend. I go to the doctor on Tuesday, and I will take my journal and see what he thinks about the way I am eating.
