B & snk: 2 EAS Advantage Shakes
L &D: 2 burger patties with sprinkle of cheese/mayo in lettuce wrap
Dessert: 2 tsp cream cheese with splenda and flavored syrup
Atkins update: weightloss seems stalled with this time of month thing but I still need to increase water and exercise. Ketosticks lavender.

L halved the grilled catfish creole with Christine at Chesterfield's
steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, and zuccini)
S 1 banana and 1 qtr of M&M's (bad me)
D 1 pc pizza (thin) & 1/2 cheese stick & marinara sauce
S sf caramel drops and 3 sf mini white choc reeses
Not the best eating day for me, but I was dealing with a little stress. Oh, well.
