Coffee with splenda/cream throughout the day, some decaff B & snk: 2 EAS Advantage Shakes L &D: 2 burger patties with sprinkle of cheese/mayo in lettuce wrap Dessert: 2 tsp cream cheese with splenda and flavored syrup Atkins update: weightloss seems stalled with this time of month thing but I still need to increase water and exercise. B 1/2 Bacon/Cheese omelet from Dan's S None L halved the grilled catfish creole with Christine at Chesterfield's steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, and zuccini) S 1 banana and 1 qtr of M&M's (bad me) D 1 pc pizza (thin) & 1/2 cheese stick & marinara sauce S sf caramel drops and 3 sf mini white choc reeses Not the best eating day for me, but I was dealing with a little stress. Good Afternoon.. B- Low Sugar Oatmeal S- Apple L- Chicken Bulgogi with onions and carrots S- cashews D- Chik Fil A nuggets (4 pk) 5 waffle fries S- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter Bad me, chik fil A nuggets, but Brandon and I were at the mall and I had to give in.. I will do better today. Rhonda

What's wrong with nuggets? Those are good for you! I got a chic-fil-a sandwich last night! Ate 1/4th of it, and that's ALL I had yesterday! ARGH! I was sick though. HUGS Kimberly

I can't handle the sandwich either, I think it is too greasy. But I think my weakness with Chic-fil-a is the breakfast. Those chicken mini's are the best and my tummy seems to like those pretty good. I hope you have a great weekend. Rhonda
