Need help on choosing a DR. at CMMC, appt. next Wednesday.

Jackie, Dr. Cleveland performed my surgery and Dr. Cummins assisted. I liked them both. I haven't had any dealings with Ferrugia. I see Dr. Cleveland for my checkups and he is just wonderful. Just FYI, I started my process - (went to seminar) on Jan 27 of last year, and had my surgery July 18th. My surgery could have been in June but MY schedule wouldn't work out. Not that everyone has that kind of time frame, but just something to compare to. It really depends on your insurance company and how many preop tests you need to complete. I had to have a sleep study (which can take a long long time, I just got lucky with cancellations) and a psych eval. So be prepared for a timely journey, but it will happen before you know it! I encourage you to come to our support group meeeting at the Dr. office on the 14th at 7pm. HUGS Kimberly
