any MS bandsters?

I read the posts almost daily, but have no input. I am preop and am having lap band. Are their any lap band people out there in MS? I would love to hear from you. I also go to the lap band forum daily also. Babette

RNY here... Wish I could be of help to you. I do not think anyone on this board had the band.

I was banded almost 4 years ago and lost 160 pounds....had to have it undone, though, after pregnancy. I've since gained the weight back and am working to get the lap band done again. I actually have an appt with surgeon tomorrow. feel free to email me if you like--I had lots of ups and down with the band--but overall (obviously) I'd do it again.
