Food Intake 1/31/06
Okay, IF I must...
Liquids for the day 96 ounces....
Breakfast/lunch:
4 low-fat walmart brand Ritz-type crackers.
4 pieces cracker-sized sliced sharp cheddar
2 slices cracker-sized bologna
Supper:
Part of a taco salad from Taco Bell (about 1/2 cup)
a bite or two of the crunch wrap supreme
snack:
1/2 cup no sugar added vanilla Breyers ice cream.
See not eating enough....not hungry....bad Queen
