Coffee with Splenda Sausage Biscuit Red Bull 1/2 Baked Chicken Breast, 1/4 cup rice and gravy, half a dinner roll, and 3 bites of some sort of peas - dont know what they were - it was brought to me. Red Bull 2 quarter twists of Peanut M & Ms 2 pringles Frito Pie for dinner (havent eaten yet but thats what I am having) Christine 275/147

B- Low Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal - 1 pkt L- Chili with shredded cheddar cheese, 6 saltines with peanut butter S- handful of skittles (about 10) D- Chili with shredded cheddar cheese and 6 saltines with peanut butter S- apple with peanut butter I have drank two 32 oz cups of water today. B~these protein balls that i made got the recipe off the main board they were gross! LOL L~ 5 frozen raviolis with maranaria sauce and parmesan cheese S~1 stalk celery with 1/2 tbs peanut butter 1 chcolate covered macadamina nut. D~ 8 jumbo shrimp boiled! with ****tail sauce dawn 271/175-180 grrrrr up and down !!!!!!!!!

Hi Girls, I wanna play too! 5am coffee 9am 3 scrambled eggs sprinkled with cheese 10am coffee 1pm chicken leg and thigh (most of the thigh) 2pm coffee, 2 tsp cream cheese with splenda on 3 pork rinds 6pm 1/2 chicken breast, 5 slices of cucmber with ranch dressing 7pm coffee ? pm 2 tsp cream cheese with splenda For us formerly professional dieters, I've been following the Atkins induction to kick start a weight loss. I'd put on a few too many lbs and want to get them off before I get out of control. I never thought I'd "diet" again and felt for a while that I wouldn't ever have to but hear me well and be warned chick-a-dees...at 4 years post op, life is very different! I don't mind dieting now because now post-WLS seems to be effective! Atkins always worked for me pre-WLS but never long enough to lose 100+ lbs. Now, I should be able to keep interested long enough to lose my 20. So far I'm down 8lbs. I have noticed that being post op now, it has been more difficult to achieve the "purple ketostick" result that confirms you are losing weight. Interesting. Take care ladies, Elesha

Okay I didn't do to good today , had two doctor appointments I need to plan better . B -nothing jus****er salad 1 cup w/1 boiled egg 1/2 cup sweet and sour chickin leftover from last night (after the meeting we went to Yuki on Pass Rd and I give in afraid to ask how bad I messed up) I know I drink enough water . Well; Breakfast I had a protien shake:23 grams snack; 1 slice of cooked turkey breast lunch at work;can of cream of chicken soup and 1 chicken tender snack; bag of lays potato chips (yum) supper; 1 chicken tender snack; sugarfree chocolate jello pudding I drink 6 20 oz bottles of water a day. It is a strugle but I have to keep hydrated. Steph

I would not even know where to begin today....lost track a while back...Did have baked fish and stir fried (tiny bit of oil) vegies for lunch today, couple of cookies when kids came in from school....chili dog with some fries for supper....too much coffee, not enough water.... But, thanks for doing this, maybe with it on my mind tomorrow, I can plan ahead and have some better meals....(and exercise)....D.

B 1/2 Bacon/cheese omelet from Dan's S None L 1/2 patty melt on whole wheat minus some bread 6 french fries S Apple & 4 mini pretzel twist topped with a sf rolo and a pecan D grilled mahi mahi with lite tartar 1/2 c. steamed broccoli and cauliflower S pretzels with peanut butter & 4 more of the pretzels with the sf rolo with a pecan pressed in Melissa 277/133

ok ill play too dont shoot me!! b- coffee and protein bar s- banana l- 1 slice of thin crust supreme oven pizza blotte off the excess grease hopefully saved me some calories. s- wheat thins with 2 % cheese d- sm portion of roast with salad and brown rice and i did 30 min of a new step glass at anatomies( i hated it) horrible on my knees. i think i will stick to SPIN!!
