Update on me!
Hi all;
I know I haven't posted in a while but I have been at work and the guy I work with is on the lame in the brain list. So I have been working everynight for 8 hours. I have been doing great. I have kept track of my weight loss by weighing only on Mondays. I keep the scale in the closet or I would look like that lady in the comercials with the scale attached to her ankle. lol. So far I have lost 38 lbs by my scales the doc's are different. I have started going back or should I say going to the gym everyother day and I have been riding the exercise bike on fat burner. I tryed the cardio and that was WAY tooo much. So I will stay with fatburner until I build up some muscles and tolerance. I have been using some of the nautilus equipment for triceps and upper body. With low weights don't want to overdo anything. I have been doing the leg lifts for the front and back and butts to try and shape things up. So far things are going really well. I have a hard time finding clothes that are not big to wear to work. But I think that is GREAT!!!! I wouldn't have it anyother way.
I have found some protien powder from bariatriceating.com that has 27 grams of protien in one drink and it tastes great. I bought a sample of mixed stuff and it is all measured out into single servings. They have banana, canalope, granny apple, and fuzzy navel. I have tryed banana and fuzzy navel they are both great and you can drink the whole thing. you mix them with water or milk.. Since I don't like milk they work really well for me.
