carb question!!!!!!!
Hey Dawn,
The only thing I could find was on this link.
http://www.health.gov/dietaryguidelines/dga2005/document/html/chapter2.htm
You'll need to scroll down to Table 2 & look over at the USDA Collumn.
Their figures seems kinda high to me
Maybe someone else will know more about it.

Christine (Tweedle Dum) gave us a list of how much of each for each calorie count about a year or so back. I don't remember it off the top of my head, but it is taped my computer at home. I am STILL at Rhonda's. I will email it to you when I get home....prolly Wed, if you will remind me.
You so purdy!

Everyone is so different on this but this is what my nutritionist told me at 4 mos out.
Minimum: (600-800 Calories) Protein 42G - Fat 15G - Carbs 60G
Optimal: (1200 Calories) Protein 60G - Fat 50G - Carbs 120G
Maximum: (1600 Calories) Protein 80G - Fat 65G - Carbs 200G
Minimum is not doing you any good.. Starvation mode
Optimal is to continue to lose.
Maximum is for when you are in maintanence.
Those carbs too are your good carbs - fruit and good veggies - not potatoes and rice and chips... but of course some every now and then are okay but mostly get them from dark veggies and fruit.
