Look at Thursday's menu for me
7:30 coffee
small pancake and syrup
10 am 16 oz water took me until 2 pm to drink that but I made it.
11:45 half cup string beans and 2 tablespoons of dirty rice--yeast roll
2 pm 50 cent bag of hot tamale chewy candy--bad bad
8 pm salad from Sonic minus the chicken and croutons
10 or so I am going to drink a protein shake
I have been very satisfied today and maybe that is why I think I am eating to much. I am stuffed right now.

Jane, You are definitely not eating too much, however, it does not look like you are getting very much protein at all. Even with one protein drink, that is all of the protein you had all day. Try to eat some tuna or chicken with your lunch, even if it is only 3 or 4 bites. It is more important that you get in the protein than the green beans and stuff. I still have a hard time getting in enough protein, but I try to eat it with every meal. I think I remember you telling me that you had problems with protein in the past, but you are further out now, you should try it every few days and see how it works for you. If you can't eat the meat, it hurts too bad or makes you sick, you need to eat peanut butter or cheese or eggs to make up for it.

You are not eating too much, but you aren't eating right!!!
The pancake should have been egg and cheese - if you can do egg.
the stringbeans were fine, but you need a meat with them and no rice!
Bad Jane for the candy, but then you knew that!!!!
Salad is good, but you should have eaten as much of the chicken as you could....
And you definitely needed the protein drink!
Add those proteins in girl....or you'll be bald by May!!!!

Hey Jane -You are NOT getting in enough protein - AT ALL. If all you had was that protein shake you only got about 15 grams of protein.
You are not eating alot at all - just try real hard to get in more protein and if I can add right it doesnt even look like you got 800 calories. Thats too low, ya know. Try for 1000 to 1100.. Can you eat beef jerky or peanuts? Good protein and calorie count.
