8:30 am 2 slices kraft singles
10:45 cup of coffee with splenda and milk
11:30 cup of homemade veg soup 4 saltines
cup of unsweet tea
2 pm 2 more slices of cheese 5 saltines
3pm mandarin oranges about 1 cup probably in light syrup
6 pm very very small slice of thin pepperoni pizza
9 pm pepper jack cheese about 5 slices off of a block and 5 saltines

Jane I think your list looks pretty good.
Actually it makes me want to ask is that all you had. As far out as you are, shouldn't you be taking in more ? Is that all the liquids that you had or you just didn't list them ? I'd be scared to do that little amount.
Anyways, you have done great today !!! Be proud

That is what I had and all the liquids. I have always had very little liquids and struggle with that. Sometimes I will go all day and not drink. That is bad I know.
I feel like I need dto eat less often maybe and eat meals maybe with a shake or two. That would help protein and liquids too.
I nibble constantly I see that.
I can't eat a lot at the time. The cheese and crackers is pushing it as for as my comfort zone. As for as pizza and real food I am just beginning to be able to eat that without it feeling stuck.
I think I might need to talk to a nutritionist. Not think KNOW!! Just need some input on this.
I will post my food tonight again.

STOP THE COFFEE!!!! (Unless it's decaf)....With as little as you are drinking, the caffiene is too much because it helps you dehydrate faster. Are you constipated too? Lots of folks say cheese constipates them - NOT ME!!!! And with the little bit of liquid, you might tend to be constipated.....If it were me....I'd try and find something I really, really liked to drink and then drink MORE!!!!!!
Yesterday was a bad day for me....I nibbled cause I missed lunch but here's what I did.....
5:00 am 32 ounces sugar free koolaid
9:00 am 1 slice 40 calorie bread toasted and about 1/3 cup chicken salad (Yeah, weird for breakfast, I know!!! and this is a really big meal for me..... )
10:00 am 32 ounces of sugar free koolaid
3:30 pm 1 ounce stick of cheddar cheese and one or two chocolate chip cookies (sugar free of course)
6:30 1 cracklin cornbread muffin and crowder peas and juice - about 3/4 of a 5 ounce bowl total or a little more....it was liquidy and I did have seconds!!! something I don't normally do...but I waited a while before I got more and this almost always happens if I miss a meal during the day - I am famished at night!.....and 1 1/2 sugar free cookie
and somemeres during the day I had a strawberry from the strawberry man out of the 4 pints I bought....
I didn't get all my fluid cause I was in the road, at Aunt J's, at Aunt Katie's and at Walmart from around 10 am until 4:30....and the sugar free cookies ARE NOT an everyday thing....I got hungry in Walmart...normally it goes like this:
5:30 32 ounces of fluid
9:00 breakfast
10:00 32 ounces of fluid
1:00 lunch
2:00 32 ounces of fluid
6:30 supper
more fluid after supper if I can....and yes I get up 3 or 4 times at night to tickle!!
9:00 small glass of fluid (with pills)
You are doing very well....Your snacks are good!!! You can't beat cheese! BUT BAD JANE!!! More fluids!!!! And quit beating yourself up!!!

I have to agree with the other ladies to up those liquids, i know how hard it is!I do drink coffee DECAF all day, i just find it easier to get the liquids down if they are warm.
I also think that when I post "what I ate today ", it helps keep me on track , or at least able to see my mistakes.This is what i had yesterday,WED, feel free to let me know what i have done wrong it don't hurt my feelings at all!
Pre breakfast~ 1 huge 16 oz cup decaf with a squirt of sugar free redi -whip
B~1 egg and 1 slice whole wheat sugar free bread. I actually cooked me 2 eggs BUT i had 2 little girls that thought they needed my breakfast along with there on, not sure if i even got in the 1 egg!
Snack~more decaf 16 oz, crystal light About 24oz
L~2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins, sauted in a little olive oil with one tiny summer squash and 1/4 of a bellpepper and 3 cherry tomaotes with italian spices and crushed red pepper, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese!YUM O and the girls ate on my lunch too!GRRRR
S~More coffee1 cup, water 32oz , 1 100 calorie pack of cheese its!
D~o this was bad and i know it! We were out running the roads and the kids wanted chick-fil-a, it was "all you can eat chicken minis night"!LOL
I ate 4 chicken minis pulled off any excess crust , i dipped them in bufflao sauce, an i stole one waffle fry from Ella! I dont think i did tooooooo bad conceidering that Donnie ate 42 and Reed ate 30 chicken minis!OMG how did they do that? LOL Heck the little ones ate more than me and there 2!lol
S~2 more cups of decaf, and more water 16 oz!
Jane - Your food looks fine... Maybe not quite enough. That soup probably went right thru you.. Did it fill you up and keep you filled up? If I do runny stuff like that it doesnt stay with me long enough.

S: Chocolate Cake -- Yes, I admit it - Had our publisher a party - I DUMPED and had to leave work at 4.. Learned my lesson.
D: Homemade pizza - did not eat any of the bread- had mushrooms, bell pepper, sauce, garlic, onions, cheese, and very very little sausage on it.
I had very little protein yesterday. All I got that was protein was the omelet. I need to work on this.
