(My) Goals for today

If you are on the coast this weekend, it is a must that you meet with us at Chili's on Saturday evening at 5:00. That is the plan as of now, if anything changes, we will let you know. The Queen Arlies will be in town and I hope to pull everyone out that lives in the area to come enjoy a nice relaxing dinner. Chili's is off of Hwy 49N in Gulfport, right next to I-10. 1. Pray at every chance for strength & courage. 2. Drink (including my protein shakes) 3. Walk more than normal 4. Vitamins & such 5. No eating unless it is meal time. Thanks & Lots of Luv D. I needed this also Tammy

1-walk more 2-eat only enough at meals, not until full 3-eat less sugar free snacks, calories add up 4-drink more liquids 5-take vitamins and calcium chews 6-get something done to my hair, cause it is thin and now growing back.. Suggestions????
