(My) Goals for today
Maybe if I write them down I will stick to them.
Thank you to my WLS sisters who have this on their minds today and remind me where my mind should be in their posts. I do thank God for you guys sharing your words of encouragement and especially for sharing your struggles with this journey (no matter where you're at, pre, post, long way out).
SO, today - After praying which is foremost -
1. STOP GRAZING - just for today (and don't go back and count the hand full of chips I had when packing kids lunches - just let it go).
2. One cup of coffee - not the whole pot. I am doing better with this one.
3. Water - 60 oz or more.
4. 2 protein shakes today.
5. Treadmill or some sort of cardio.
6. Vitamins and such.
I am doing so much better, just because I started exercising. It really does relieve stress and helps to clear my head.

My goals are not big so I can go for it a nd not feel overwhelmed.
1. No grazing--3 meals and 2 snacks(one being a shake)
2 2 bottles of water and 2 glasses of splenda tea
3 vitamins and other meds--I stink on taking my meds
Thanks DeAnna for being honest about the chips. That helps me know it is not just me. That is the type thing I am doing when before I didn't even consider it. Thanks.

It is the little things, like throwing out the uneaten portions (pop tarts) of our kids meals, drinking water, and being honest with ourselves and such -I can fool myself into anything. Lately, it is - well, I can eat this today and then do better tomorrow. WELL, it has been a whole lot of tomorrows(months), so now my thinking has got to go back to JUST FOR TODAY I can do this, and I can get an exercise plan.....Thanks for starting this today - it was your post, Jane, and Tammy's that reminded me to get back on the wagon....Thanks....D.
I hereby appoint you to do this everyday- post on the board "goals for the day"!!!
My goals for today, cause today is all I have to worry about - are:
1. DRINK, DRINK, DRINK, DRINK, DRINK, DRINK, DRINK....AND THEN DRINK TWO DROPS MORE!!!
2. NO nibbles!!!
3. No "snacky" foods - chips crackers, etc....
4. SALAD!!!
1. no grazing, 3 meals only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. i will count my calories and stop at 800!
3.i will drink my waterm and like it!
4.i will go to curves or do my abds and chest of steel workout tape! LOL
5.i will not stand in front of the mirror and drive myself nuts with all the gross stuff i got going on!lol
6.i will not eat pizza tonight at sisliys ( we go every tuesday night) Iwill have the yummy baked chicken and salad, steamed veggies or red beans -NO rice!!!
7.I will get up off my lazy butt and do my housework , i will get off the puter and not come bac****il its done, i will not talk on the phone all day!lol sorry sara!
8.I will not have 10 cups of coffee, i know that those 15cal per serving of redi whipp adds up in a hurry!
10. i will be nice to my hubby and kids!It aint there fault that i cant eat!
I guess that is enough for today! LOL

ok ok where is sislys at now I knowit used to be out by the mall and it is the pizza joint right I miss it it had the best gumbo I ever had and I mightbe on the coast this weekend if I am I want some of their gumbo no pizza just gumbo if it is the same one that was on pass road near the mall. Please tell me if it is the same one or if it is a different one. Hope to talk to you all soon.

ps my goals are easy I have already met alot of em and they are walk walk walk walk and not graze but walk some more.
HEY BARRY I love there gumbo too. I do hate to be ther bearer of bad news, but the one on pass road closed!
BUT there is one in Long beach , by the winn dixie and there is one in Delberville. They got all the same stuff as the one on pass did, dont know why they closed it they used to stay packed! If you want the addresses to either let me know i'll give them to ya.
