What do ya'll do with your FAT clothes???

Ok you post op people...what do you do w/ your fat clothes? Charity, friends, OH Members, BURN THEM???? I bet it's really fun getting rid of them & finding smaller ones. I hope to give my fat clothes away soon....don't have any that are too big lol. I live in them. Maybe if I get the surgery, I can get rid of them faster. ;)

With the clothes that I've had to get rid of, I've given them to a lady at my church. Lucky for her, before surgery I bought several new gowns. I didn't even use them. So, she got several brand new gowns. I took them to her the first of the week & she acted like it was Christmas when she got them. That made my day seeing her that happy. I really haven't had that many to get rid of simply because I will wear them till I have no choice but to replace them. I have gotten rid of 3 outfits & 4 gowns. I wait till I have to buy new. Others shop with every size change. But I guess some people do it cause they are thrilled that they can get in a different size. I have kept one pair of clothes for comparisons later on. My shirts were a 6X. The ones I just ordered are a 4X & I'm thinking that they may be too big. But that will be OK, cause there is nothing worse than a snug t-shirt. You'll get there one day !!! I held on to mine for a long time (fear that I would need them again)... decided to give them away. Brought them to work and let whoever wanted them take them. I kept 1 pair of pants and 1 shirt. Thats it.

Gave all mine to Sara now they too big for her too! She cought up to me real fast! i should be getting some for her hand-me-downs soon! I went threw pant sizes real fast , i was barely in some before i was throwing them in the fat basket!lol So my advice to all you new loosers don't buy to much of any one size you will be out of them before you know it and naked , like i am!! dawn

I'm like you. I gave all mine to kim (she had surgery after me), and she done passed me by REAL fast. That little hussy had to have a size 8 last time we went shopping.......Don't ya hate/love it?!!! I feel your pain, LOL LOL...DeAnna..

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????whats that supposed to mean? i am naked i only got 2 pair of pants that fit me !! and i got all these 14's that i bought thinking that i would be there forever and now they are in a pile on the floor, wasted money!!GRRRRRR

You can also offer them on the clothing exchange on OH. I had 2 surgery buddies and we have just swapped clothes back and forth depending on what sizes we were at the time. Finally had someone to give most of my stuff to - someone in need, not pre or post-op. Hang in there - it'll come! HUGS Kimberly

Well, Marci is wearing some of mine...Angie Bea was wearing some of mine...and I am wearing some of Glenda's and Susan's....Give them away to folks! That's what I do! But before they get given away, I wear them until they literally fall off of me!!! It's wonderful having clothes way too big instead of way too little!
