You are more than welcome to join our support group meeting on the 30th also, if you would like. It will be at 7:00 pm at the Pepsi Rec Center on Dedeaux Road, I can give you directions if you are interested in coming. I will have a fitness expert there to help us learn exercises to help us tone our bodies... But we could also plan a luncheon for Saturday evening if you would like. Love, Rhonda
