Getting to Know you for Friday!!!!
Just in case, I wanted to get this in early so I had my chance!!!!
Monday's child is fair of face.
Tuesday's child is full of grace.
Wednesday's child is full of woe.
Thursday's child has far to go.
Friday's child is loving and giving.
Saturday's child works hard for a living.
But the child born on the Sabbath day,
Is fair and wise and good and gay.

1. What child are you?
**I am a Tuesday Child....full of grace.
2. Do you have a special song you sang to your children or one that your Mom or Dad sang to you?
**I can remember my dad singing "There's a hole in the bottom of the sea" (he can't sing worth a darn LOL it's kinda funny) With my baby, Olivia, I sang that song over and over again. She loved it. She even started singing it with me in baby coo when she was only a few months old. Even now at 22 months, she stops when I sing it. With Nicholas, my middle child and surviving twin, the song was "You are my sunshine" and with Brandon, my oldest (11) it was the Brahm's Lullaby and ANY silly song we could think of. He loves music.
3. What was your first word? and if you have kiddos, what were their first words?
**Olivia's first word was Daddy - go figure! She has him wrapped! Nicholas' first word was "Ball" and Brandon's first word was "Dada".
(gosh - all of this has me wanting another one!
Someone slap me!)
4. What WAS (or is) your favorite pie?
**Anything chocolate is good for me!
HUGS

4. What WAS (or is) your favorite pie?

Taters, eggs, Cinnamon, nutmeg....
I don't know what else or all the things she puts in it. The usuall stuff you'd use to make the pie I guess, just no sugar. She replaces the sugar with Splenda. I do know that she tries to cut all the "bad" things out or way down.
She does have to cook it in a pie crust, but I don't eat it. I eat around it.
She tells me all the time that I am gonna have the same great foods, just mine are not gonna have all the bad things in them. She is very supportive of me, as my whole family is. And they try their very best to make sure that I don't feel like I am missing out on anything.
So far.... I'd give them a solid 10 !!!
Because I'm not really missing anything. Yet.
I know one bite of some things could change that though.
I'll call & ask her today for you & post it later on today.

Thanks....I have some pumpkin (mom froze) in freezer, I bet almost same recipe would work for that, humm, will see. Will probably try both when you post recipe.. Yes, your family sounds very very supportive, and that is a BIG plus, cause with just a little thought most foods can be healthier and SF...You go girl ! D..
