Quick update

Just wanted to le you all know I am alive and just havent been online much as of late. I am -190 according to one scale and still -177 according to another so I dont know for sure. Guess time will tell in March when I go back to Dr C. My prayers are with Melissa and her dad and family. Also with Christines mom and her family too. I am sorry I didnt make the lunch I had some leg probs and a scare of another blood clot but it has since went away and it isnt hurting any more so I guess it wasnt a clot after all.
