Update on my dad
Well, things do not look good for my dad. Every vain in his right leg is clotted, and the clots are moving to the veins that feed the kidneys. He has had no output from his kidneys in over 24 hours. They are stumped as to what to do for him as there are no specialists here in Hattiesburg that deal with deep vein thrombosis of this severity in a diabetic. We are searching for the best care we can find and will be transferring him as soon as he is stable. My family is so close, please pray for him. I just can't lose my daddy. I feel so helpless. John took me to see him last night, and I had to use a wheel chair as I cannot stand or walk very long. I am about to go see him again. Please pray we find a doctor somewhere that can help him.
Thanks,
Melissa
Oh Melissa,
I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Please try to take care of yourself and let the doctors take care of your Dad. I know that is hard. There is nothing you can do but get him the best medical care and pray. You must rest and recover yourself! He will need you to be recovered once he is home from the hospital. If I can do anything for you, just ask. I am so sorry for all the stress you must be under.

Praying, praying, praying....I will pray for your and your Dad's complete recovery. I know it's harder on you now since you are out of commission, but you keep yourself well too. If I can be of any help, lemme know. I know if he's your Daddy, he MUST be an awfully great guy and I don't want you to lose him.
Love you much,

Melissa,
I am praying for your daddy, your family, and also for you as well. I know that it is hard with what is happening to him, but you need to be sure to rest and take care of yourself so that you will be strong enough to be there for your daddy. Please let me know if I can help you in anyway.
