Frustrated

May I vent for a min. thanks..... I called my insurance this morning to see how far along we were on the review process.... and guess what? They just recieved my stuff from the Dr. on Friday jan 13 06. I saw the Nurse on Dec 8 of 05 its been almost 6 weeks. So now I have to start the waiting game allll overrrr again. She told me that it could take up to 30 days. Im just curious as to why it took the Dr so long to send it. I did send an email to the office but they were closed today so maybe i will hear something tomorrow... well i will check back later.... love ya'll ya'll are the greatest..... tonya

There is a great time warp between your doc's fax machine and the insurance office.....Also there is a time warp betwixt your doc's fax and whoever records are being sent to....However, when it comes to billing, the doc's office is on warp drive! Seriously, I don't know, but what happened to you seems to be the norm... Hang in there sweetie! Smoochies Arlies
