MORTON ?

Does anybody live in Morton (can e-mail me if personal)...Thinking of moving there as want to move to country and it is only about 30-40 min for DH to go to work from there which is not much more than now (I work at home)...I remember it was beautiful at Roosevelt State Park, but wanted to hear from someone who actually lives there or near...Plus, it would be GREAT to find somebody who lives there to exercise with or just be around..Thanks, DeAnna.

I would still visit - he he ....I found a house with 80 acres, 11 cows and several horses (that come with it)....So, now me and kids have to convince DH that it really is not that far....D.

I live in Forest which is about 15 mins from Morton. Forest is getting a supper walmart. oh and Queenie..... i think Forest is the Chicken capitol and Morton is a close second...lmao.......or it may just be Scott County which Morton is a part of......

Hey, cool...So, read your profile - good luck with your journey. You have friends/coworkers who had WLS? Is there a group that meets regularly or anything close? We are going to look at the house today...Unless it is just AWFUL we are definately looking into moving. It is WAY out in the country from what I understand, clost to Pelahatchie.....Wish me luck (got to convince DH, although he thinks I have already made up my mind)...LOL...D.
