Doc appt went well

Well, I went to the doctor for my checkup. They tell me everything looks great. They took my bandages off. Still have the drains as they are still draining a good bit. They hope to take those out on Monday at my next checkup. My boobs are somewhat scary looking as the implants have not dropped yet into their slot. Takes a few weeks they said. I have had no pain meds today except tylenol because the pain meds made me very sick. They changed them to something else so maybe I can take those. I plan to take some this evening once the tylenol wears off. The doctor told the nurses that once she removed the skin I am nothing but hip bones. Can't wait to see. Real swollen right now. I am feeling better this afternoon. So my attitude is better. I am still hurting but I am taking it better right now. Still not planning anymore surgeries though. I am going to be happy with what I have. I am happy and healthy which was my goal going into this surgery. Thanks so much for all the support you have given. I couldn't have made it without you guys. I hope to get to see you guys soon. Melissa

Hey Melissa, Glad your in better spirits. Feeling bad does make us have changes in our personalities & different thoughts. So don't worry about that at all. It is normal. Next year at this time you may want to get your booty done Hope you improve faster than lightening. Tammy

I am glad to hear that you are doing so well. I know that this surgery is coming for me too, so I really want to hear about your progress! Take care of yourself and ask the doctor to prescribe another pain med if that is making you sick. There are so many out there so that there must be one you can tolerate. You heal better when there is no pain! Cheryl
