Well, guys I am up. Can't sleep. In pain and not time for meds yet. Thank you guys for all of the thoughts and prayers. As John let you guys know the surgery went well. Took an hour longer than they thought, but Dr. Schneider-Redden is a perfectionist and wanted them perfect. The nurses said she called several of them in there to give opinions. Glad I was asleep when under the eyes of several people LOL. I am telling you one thing, plastic surgery is not for the weak. I don't see how people go in and have 10 procedures done on their bodies. This is painful. I can't do anything for myself right now. I even have to have help in the bathroom. I thought next year that I would do the butt and thigh lift, but forget it. They can sag till the cows come home. I may have a different attitude later as I heal and feel better. I really am doing well and moving around. I am just so sore. And these boobs feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest and they are practically in my throat. But she says they will drop down into place, and I will get used to them and they won't feel like elephants on the chest for long. Can't wait for that moment. Well, I have a doctor's appointment at the surgeon's office this morning at 10:15. I will let you guys know how it goes. Should be very interesting getting me dressed and into the car. Poor John. Good Morning Melissa!!! Girl I hope by now you've taken some more pain meds. I've had a sister in law go through plastics and she told me exactly the same thing you 're saying here. I am SO wanting to get it done and yet I am SUCH a wimp when it comes to pain, I don't really know if I want to deal with it or not. Just make sure you get all the rest you can and painkillers you're allowed is what I was advised, so I'm relaying that message to you in hopes you'll feel better really soon. Thanks so much for letting us all know how you're doing. This may be an eye opener for some. Good luck at your doctor's appointment ( make sure to get more drugs LOL ) and hope you have a good weekend. {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} ~Andie~

Hey Melissa, Sorry your in pain. But I am glad that your up & ok, other than the pain. At this point I can't even imagin letting anyone cut on me for any reason. I guess I'm still knife shy !!! But like you said, being in pain changes your way of thinking. Big Time. Lord knows I had awful thoughts when I was hurting & sick. Nobody could do anything right for me. Go figure Thank God I'm past all that now Well...... other than letting someone to cut on me that is. Those thoughts will remain for a while. I hope you feel better really soon & that you won't need pain meds. Tell John he is in my prayers also. Tammy

I am sorry to hear you are in so much pain. Hopefully as the day goes by you will feel less and less pain. Being beautiful is not an easy task... Be sure to get you plenty of rest and take those pain meds as prescribed, every few hours until all the pain is gone. Keep us updated on how you are doing. I will see you soon. love, Rhonda
