Yep!!!! Everyone goes thru this during the weight loss process! You have a lot of very nasty chemicals floating around in your body which play tricks on your emotions. I know that almost all of us were feeling like we could bite someone's head off at one time or another. But little by little this will pass. I have really had to check and recheck my perceptions of things over the months and sometimes probably just were not seeing things very clearly. I told my husband several times about feeling depressed, angry or overloaded. We both agreed that it is the chemicals in flux in the body! Hope that this helps, you are not going crazy!!!!

Grouchy??? NEVER!!!! Wahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!! I can be meaner than a snake if I half try!! I lose my patience alot more easier than before....hormones do run havoc! Just tell everybody to steer clear for a bit and when you get un-grumped they can come back! It ALL gets better! We need to add your weight loss to our list! Don't be bashful, tell us how much you have lost in 5 months. It hardly seems like it could have been that long already! Smoochies Arlies

Lord I hate to answer this question but..........YES !!! I think it has a lot to do with all the changes we are going thru. After surgery because of being so sick, I think I would have jumped on the Pope had he of walked up. Thankfully, I'm just happy go lucky again. For now anyways. (keeping fingers crossed & praying) I think most everyone goes through this, just others may handle it better. Hope that your as "Happy As A Camper" really soon !!! Tammy

Funny you should post this as I've felt quite "pissy" lately! No reason at all just very overwhelming at times. I agree that it must be what our bodies are going through with the rapid weight loss. I don't know ... I'll just be happy when this passes! Kimberly
