First post_op visit

Hello all; I went to the doc today and I am officially down 26 lbs. I have the o.k. to do cardio work and weight training in about 2 weeks. I also have the o.k. to go back to work next week. I am so glad to get back to work. I am going crazy sitting at home and shopping at Walmart. Steph

Hi Steph! Oh that is great! It sure didn't take you long to get that ball rolling Glad you're getting back to work, but don't dis my favorite shopping hole I practically LIVE at Walmart. Truth is....I go there because I can lean on the buggy when I shop. Watch out when I have my surgery........It's Victoria's Secret! You keep up the good work. Terry

Great report!!! Hope that you are doing well with the new tummy. It takes a lot of patience to deal with it.... I LOVE to go to Wal-Mart and when I had surgery, the electric scooters were a life savor!!!!! It is fun to go zooming around the aisles, especially cause I had tubes for about a month or so afterwards!!!! Now I am looking forward to coming home in the summer so I can go to shop and try on clothes, I do not know really what size I am even in Underwear!!!!! Keep working and take it easy on the new tummy, the weight will just fall off!!!! Cheryl

Hey Steph, That is great news !!! I am so happy for you. Girl..... I may have seen you in the Wal-Mart I go there to do my "walking" Sounds good huh ? Hubby buys it. That is all that matters. He loves to shop too, so he could really care less. As long he gets something that is !!! Tammy
