hey guys accomplishment for me!!!
i have been stuck at 140 for the past 2 maybe 3 months. but since last week i stepped up my exercise program and am staying away from the bad stuff(for the most part) and when i got on the scale this morning i was 138!!! so excited im almost there.i want the 130-125 range. so that makes 92 lbs gone. so excited!!!
