protein shakes at 7mos out?

What kind of protein shakes do you all drink and where do you get them? I am 1 1/2 years out and Dr. King says I need to drink them, but I never have. My protein was low on my last blood work so I need them. I also have a healing ulcer so I haven't been able to eat alot of real food. Thanks for the suggestions.
