SPRUCING UP MY PROFILE PAGE

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET MY PROFILE PAGED SPRUCED UP? DOES IT COST TO DO SO? THANKS, MILLISSA

Hey Millissa, Welcome to the board. Getting your profile page fixed up doesn't cost anything. But you need to send an email to [email protected] They will send you a list of questions to fill out on things you like, etc. It does take a while for them to get to it, cause they stay so busy. How much have you lost? It does not cost to get your profile spruced up....Most of the profiles have a tag on them that says who did it....You can email obestity help and ask for someone to spruce it up and then they will email you with questions about what you want on it! They do an excellent job! I still LOVE mine! Smoochies Arlies

I know, I know....I had been keeping up the weight chart, but then I had a prob with it and just gave it up!!! Laziness overcomes me sometimes....I promise I will get to it....someday ! I miss you! Hi Millissa, if you need someone to help you spruce up your profile, it IS free, just write to the volunteers at [email protected] Someone will get back to you in a few days and discuss what you would like on the profile, theme, pictures etc.. or if you have a background you want to use, you can send them a picture of it and they will incorporate it in your profile. HTML isnt too hard to learn either, you can check in google, there are websites you can refer to to learn how to add these things, it takes a little while to figure it all out but it's not all that hard. Hope this helps. I'd offer my help with your page, but I 'm just too busy with moving and starting work again, I do know there are a few others on the board here who will help you as well with it if you need assistance editing yourself once it's set up I am available for "small" tasks though like how to add pictures and stuff. ~Andie~

thanks Andie, i have some pictures of me before and after that i want to add to my profile, so maybe you can give me some pointers on how to do that.

Heyyy ok first you join "photobucket.com" Then you upload the pictures... once they are uploaded on photobucket, you put a checkmark next to the picture u want to use, and then go to the bottom of the page and hit the arrow and choose "generate html code" You use the TAG line that is generated, copy it, then paste it in the place where you type your updates in your OH Profile. If the pictures are too big, you can resize them on photobucket, maybe cut them in half, and it will automatically update on OH and make the picture smaller. If you have issues trying to do this, I'm on YAHOO as "andiemelancon" and I'll walk thru with you if you want me to. Good Luck!! ~Andie~
