I'm about to have a nervous breakdown, need HELP!!!!!!!!

You are wayyyyyyy to hard on yourself. You are doing fine. Some people lose slower than others. I just got an email today from my surgery twin and she has only lost 70 pounds and is a size 10/12. Her body is obviously built differently than mine and that is why I was able to lose more in a quicker time. It could be a good thing that you are losing slow, maybe your skin has more time to adjust to your new weight and you won't have as much wrinkly hangy skin as I do... Mine is disgusting.. trust me.. All I know is I would hate to be single right now trying to find a new man, because I would not let him see me naked with the lights on... Try to think positive and give yourself a break.. You need to be happy that the pants sizes are shrinking even if the scales don't show it. I love ya!! Call me!!! Rhonda
