Arlies, I'm BACK

Hi Sue, Everything is going great. Girl, you look wonderful. I been keeping up with you by lurking. I have just had a perfect surgery and first month with this unbeliveable new life experience. GRANJANNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's SO good to hear from you!!! You have done WONDERFUL!!! I'm so proud of you, you hung in there in spite of all the obsticales, and it's paying off emensly!! I am so glad that everything is going good for you! I am down 186 pounds so far and I have hit my first plateau, I am trying not to get too discouraged, just trying to up my protien and lower my carbs, but my grouchy pouchy doesnt seem to like that too much. I am still looking for a new Dr. up here, I have an apt with a new pcp on the 18th of Janurary and hopefully he can refer me to one close to where I live. I just had to say hi and I love you!
