UPDATE ON CRYSTAL!!!!

Crystal is home, weak, but sounds good. She has lost 50 lbs!!!!! She has a wound-vac. She is getting thru each day, slowly, but surely! She said it was a nightmare!!! After her surgery, they got her shots and other person's mixed up....And she got their shots and they got hers!!!! She had to have 4 units of blood. She began to bleed internally and was taken back into surgery. She also had blood clots in her intestines....It was close call, but she made it!!! And is glad it's over.... She is still queasy, a bit..... Go Crystal!!! Smoochies Arlies

Oh my words.... I'm sure that she is glad that it's over with & scared to death of something else going wrong. I honestly feel for her. I just hope & pray that she is & will continue to get better. I REALLY pray that her nerves hold up also. I know for a fact when your going through bad times, sometimes people tend to get snappy, depressed, they feel like their world in falling in on them & just want to lash out. I sure did. But, unfortunately we never really know what a person is going through in their mind. If people could know, I'm sure that more people would be a lot more understanding & forgiving. Plus this also proves that no matter what you have prepared & educated yourself, there is a chance things can still (and do) go wrong. God Love Her & Heal Her !!! Tammy

Oh my goodness!!!! I hope that she is on the mend now!!!! Tell her to take it very slowly and get back on her feet, not to worry about the weight loss now, just get better!!!! Cheryl
