Hi Arlies, you may add me to the list, I have lost 123 lbs but I go to the doctors on the 30th of Jan. so this number may change and then again it maynot. I still try not to weigh myself until I go to the doctors. That way it is always a surprise. Even if the numbers go up or down, that way I can't be depressed.
