Back at home
Thanks so much for everyone's support in prayers and visits. The first couple of days were rough as you all know but Friday I was READY to go home. I had to take some liquid lorecet due my dog jumping on my stomack Friday night. He was just doing his job barking and got carried away. Sleeping is interesting. I have found that i feel comfortable sleeping on my back. I ususally sleep on my side but it feels like things are moving around in my tummy so I will sleep on my back for a while.
I have almost got the hang of when to eat. I get a pain in the middle of my chest. When I eat it goes away so I am taking it that's my signal to eat. So far it has worked, and when I eat too much i start coughing. That is a good thing I really hate to throw up. I did my first adventure to Walmart today, things went well, I get winded easy so I am going to go slow for now.
Greater new, I didn't have to take my nails off. So I was in the hospital looking great, well at least my nails were.
Thanks again for all the setting and it was great to meet everyone in person.
love you all, looking forward to the next outting and meeting everyone and moving forward in a new year with a new life.

Hey Steph,
So glad your home & doing so great !!! Sleeping on your back already ? That is wonderful. I always felt like I had a pulling in my tummy. So I slept in my recliner for a little while & when I did hit the bed, I was on my side. But like you, I am normally a side sleeper.
Keep paying close attention to your body signals. They help out a lot !!!
If you start to feeling like your gonna throw up even though you haven't ate in a while, it could mean that you need to poop. That was a signal I picked up on really quick. It seems like all the normal signals I had, were on vacation & these new signals were filling in.
I am so happy that your doing wonderful !!! Prayers worked & are a great thing to have said for you !!! Also.... I'm glad that you didn't have to remove your nails also !!! I know that was a blessing also.
Lots of Love & I hope you have Happy New Year !!!
Tammy
