Skipping breakfast can lead to decreased concentration, increased fatigue, and intense hunger. It can also trigger overeating at lunch. If you leave the house in a hurry each morning, try bringing portable snacks to enjoy on the way to work. Items like a banana, a bagel or even dry cereal in a small baggie can supply needed energy.

I SO wish I could get the 13 yr old who is staying with us right now to understand this concept. I make my kids eat breakfast everyday, but he just won't eat. It's so frustrating! I'm a big believer in breakfast! Thanks for the wonderful tips. HUGS Kimberly

AND I read somewhere that eating breakfast adds about 10 years to your life. But I am guilty....if I don't wake up hungry, I don't eat....But I almost always drink a good bit when I first get up, does that count????? Smoochies Arlies
