Hello MS Room

Hey everybody, I'm back on the scene again this being a Hurricane Katrina Survivor. My family and I lost everything including our house but thanks to God we are totally blessed. Also thanks to her i'm temporarily located in upper, MS and Germantown, TN. Due to my relocation i've been blessed with a new job and guess what new insurance!!! So now I can continue with my WLS journey. I need your help can any of you recommend me a good PCP and Surgeon. I'm really looking into lap band and i've read the lap band forum can any of you share with me your stories on success and failures of this method. I know i'm asking a lot but its out of love. Can't wait to read the posts back to my message. Merry Christmas.

I do not know of any doctors in North Mississippi but several members have used doctors from that area. They will post soon. I just wanted to let you know that I am happy to see that you have been blessed with a new job and new insurance. Merry Christmas! Sonya

Bathsheba, Hope that things are at least headed back "toward" Normal down on the coast. I know that Dr. King and Byars do Lap-Band here in Oxford. And some of the folks in my support group have Done well with it. I've missed the last few months of meetings By being out of town.
