3 month Check Up

I went for me 3 month check up today in Jackson. Bless all you poor souls that live over there in that area !!! People were everywhere. OK..... about me. Everything was going great & looked good. As far as they could tell anyways. Still waiting on the blood work results. I guess I am doing pretty good. They were really pleased with me & my results. I have lost a total of 63 pounds. I guess that is good. It works out to be 21 pounds a month. I'm not fussing about the total any ways. Never lost that much in 3 months on any other diet or weight loss plan. Oh well gotta go. Got a sick child. Messed up my shopping today. But that is OK too. Everyone beware of a gastric type virus going around. Alex has it & Johnny had it. Major stomach pains, head aches, throwing up & poop'in your head off !!! Talk soon, Tammy
