5 MONTHS TODAY

HI YALL I JUST WANTED TO UPDATE ON ME . TODAY IS MY 5 MONTHS OUT DATE AND MY 6 MONTH NO SMOKING GO ME . I AM DOWN 93 POUNDS I HAVE 5O POUNDS AND THEN I WILL BE AT GOAL . SARA 283/190/140

I am proud of you for not smoking. I wish I had the strength to stop. I just cant do it. I need drugs for that (anti-smoking drugs, folks)... 93 pounds?!?! Sara - you go girl! That is wonderful. You are doing really really good. You are going to be at goal in no time flat. I am so proud of you.

thank you . you can quit its hard you know that as well as i do .. i new that if i didnt quit i could not have my wls.my husband had to take some meds to help him stop . i think it was called welbutrin (sp) they really help to quit . i will back you all the way its hard but it doesnt bother me anymore . sara 283/190/140
