L~Crab legs way toooooo many
D~1/2 apple with 1tbs peanut butter
I dont think i drank enough, i'm very swollen and bloated, my rings are tight this morning.I went and worked out. I took my vitamans.
DAWN
B- bowl of fruity pebbles with lactaid
S/L- 1/2 ham egg cheese sandwich from Subway
S- 2 tbsp of Jif Peanut Butter
D- 2 small slices of chicken pizza from Pizza Hut (thin crust)
I definitely did not drink enough and this morning I can tell! today I will do a lot of walking as I am going to the mall Christmas shopping. I took all my vitamins and calcium and B12...
BTW, tell that woman that insulted you at the Gym that your friends want to know where she lives, we will go and kick her butt!! How dare her have negative comments to make. I would like to see her lose over 80 pounds in 6 months!! What a bitty!
