I see that not many people are wanting to do this by yesterdays reply, but I do, and a few others do. So that is all that matters.
B: 2-SF Cinnamon Rolls
1 cup coffee with splenda and SF coffeemate caramel cream
L: Salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays
S: Peanuts
D: Beef Strogonaff (beef, sour cream, noodles and seasoning)
S: 2-SF Chocolate Chip Cookies
I did not count my calories and stuff today. Sorry.. too much going on.

hey girl you know i like doing this , i just have a hard time remembering what i ate yesterday! I'll give it a shot though!
B~1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup unsweet pineapple and 4 ritz crackers
S~1/2 apple with 1 tbs peanut butter
L~1 rib
S~1/4 a bag of nautral popcorn
S~pre-work out bottle of isopure 40gs of protein
D~3oz tuna with mayo and olives on top of some salad greens and 2 grape tomatoes
I drank lots of water( i don't keep track of how much , but i know i drink pleanty).I went to curves worked out and got feelings hurt by mean old stupid lady, tucked tail went home and cryed !!haha
