I really enjoyed doing this when we did it so I thought I would initiate it and hope that we can continue on it. It seems that we start and we are all gung ho and then we just quit doing it. This helps me realize what I am eating and where I am going wrong. Especially with the holidays approaching, we have to watch our calorie intake. B- Bowl of fruity pebbles made with splenda, lactaid S- banana L- 1/4 c chili from McCallisters, 1/4 cup garden salad with ranch dressing S- nuts D- pot roast with onions, carrots, bell peppers and mashed potatoes S- 1/4 c lactaid with three SF chocolate chip cookies My carbs were very high today, I have to watch that. Calories: 1070 Carbs: 71 Fat: 57 Protein: 75 Rhonda 240/127 (maintaining)

Today was a long a boring day here in the middle of no where colorado! It is a wopping 3 degrees for the high and 3 inches of snow. I ate today B- Chocolate Unjury shake in 8oz of fat free milk L- 1/2 Cup of Bushes Chili no beans D-Chocolate Unjury shake in 8oz of fat free milk over 65 grams of protien and 450 calories not sure on fat content but not much. I drank my water today but had to sit by the fireplace it makes me really cold. I guess I should drink the bottled water at room temp. I cant drink out of the faucet here the water is really hard it makes me sick. Hope you are all doing well. Talk to you soon. Amy

hey it is for yesterday, right? B~nuttin L~3oz tuna with 4 olives and 1tbs mayo on a 1/4 cup of salad greens S~popcorn no butter not sure how much D~ 3oz chicken, 2 bites of spinich pizza, couple bites of salad , and 2 bites of blueberry pizza( i wasnt gonna mention this but i had a witness that might trun me in, sorry) ! Late night snack~2 ribs form dreamland in moblie( durn Donnie had to bring them in my house!!!) I have no idea about the calories or carbs or protein i dont know how to count all that mess!! I drank lots on water and tea! DAWN 271/188-tryin to loose while eatting a dessert pizza!HAHA( and i wonder, Lord help me!)
