HELP

Please help. It seems that Jeannie has a emergency at home and will be off all this week. I know people have problems but why do they effect everyone. Dr. Cleveland looked at my chart last week and I was suppose to get a pre-op date today. Well, when I called and talked with Sandra Jeannie left no notes so I have to have my chart looked at AGAIN by the doctor. So it will be this friday or monday before i get a pre-op. I am starting to get really flustrated. I have done EVERYTHING they have asked and have had my release for surgery from the pulmonoligst in since the week before thanksgiving and I am still waiting on the process from Jackson. I want the surgery but it is a money thing now. I have met my deductible of 3000.00 dollars and don't want to start over again. that is alot of money. If I have the surgery before Jan it will be covered 100%. You would think they would try to get it done. Just needed to vent. It seems like when Jeannie is gone everything falls apart. YUK!!!! a very flustrated Steff

That does sound very frustrating. I am sure that you have mentioned the financial part of it to the doctor's office. Unfortunately most of them don't care, because they will get the paid the same amount no matter what. I am sorry you are having to go through this and I wish you the best of luck. I will keep my fingers crossed that you will get scheduled before the end of the year! It would be a great way to start your new year off with a whole new outlook on life. Rhonda; Thanks I will keep that in mind. I am going to also ask if there is some way toreport them about just putting you off and being rude. Steff, I've just made a new batch of "Stinkum". I'll go with you and we'll spray his office and then go to Mobile and do my docs office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My water gun is neon hot pink, suggest you get a neon lime green one!! You know the big ones that are the size of a machine gun!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why does he have to look at the chart again??? Can't he remember??????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Sounds like he's too dependent on her. Oh well, she's got job security! Bless your heart Steff. I know all these road blocks & delays have played with your emotions. I'd suggest really stressing to the doc's about the insurance situation. Then make sure that Jeannie DOES NOT help out in the O.R. !!! Hang in There Doll Tammy
