1. If you could have ANYTHING for yourself for Christmas, what would it be??????? Win the Lotto & walk away with at least $110 million after taxes are paid. Then I'd buy a ????? I have most everything I want. 2. What is your favorite thing about Christmas? People being more friendly & free hearted than normal. The decorations that we drive around & look at. 3. What do you wish you could give your spouse, significant other, children, etc, for Christmas? Spouse- Johnny's daddy died several years back. Soooooo I would say, One day with his Daddy. Just him & his Daddy. Nobody else horning in. Child- A trip back in time to my childhood to see how happy & excited I was getting gifts. There wasn't nearly as many gifts as the kids get today, but I think that our excitedness was greater than theirs. Overall, I'd say that we were more greatful than they are. And that makes a big difference. 4. Do you still believe in Santa? There isn't a Santa ? That is a lie. Who told you there wasn't a Santa ? 5. What do you tell your children (or plan to tell your children) about why we get presents at Christmas? To remind of us the greatest gift that God gave us so many years ago. 6. What is your favorite Christmasy song? O Holy Night 7. What Christmas song do you HATE the most? There isn't one that I hate. Now I dislike the 12 days of Christmas by Jeff Foxworthy.

What do you wish you could give your spouse, significant other, children, etc, for Christmas? Well, Andie, I am going to miss you and I hope that you will still post on the board and that I will get to meet you one of these days at one of the "gatherings" of the weight-loss clan!!! You have helped me so much during my journey, and your sensible approach to dealing with the aftermath of surgery is one of the best that I can recommend to anyone! Arlies, you have many stars in your crown, and I cannot believe how great you are to support all of us.... Your transformation thru the months have been nothing short of miraculous, you grow more lovely every day! Although I am so far from Mississippi, I am truly a part of the state and will always be. My Christmas wish is that I could be in my cozy house in Mississippi with my beautiful tree in the parlour and my little old antique covered tree in the den, Christmas Dinner in the oven and wreaths on the door and gate, Dogs dressed in their best, all of us waiting for our family and friends to arrive. I would like to see my Grans faces on Christmas Morning, and enjoy seeing them run around and have a great time! I would like to see a 3 layer homemade coconut cake, although I know I can not eat it, but just seeing it would be enough! I would like to go to the Rose parade in Pasadena, CA , the Macy's parade in New York and Times Square on New Years Eve. Or just the Christmas Parade in Brookhaven uptown.....They are all on my holiday list of To Dos. I would wish for a more spacious place to live, space is at a premium in Hong Kong, most live in very cramped apartments less than 1000 square feet, Us too! Why couldn't it be like the movies? Large inside although small outside? LOL! I wish that everyone in the world had enough to eat and a warm shelter to live in, I know that there are some people in MS. and Louisiana who do not have even that. If there were a Santa then I would ask him to bring people's homes back to them that they lost during Katrina. Or just that Insurance companies would not be so greedy and pay people for their losses so that they can start a new life. World peace would be nice too. I have wanted to go to Jerusalem for a long time but have not ever made that historic trip. Maybe some day I will go..... I can truly say that after going all over the world, there is no place like home in the United States and Mississippi! I love all the Christmas Songs, even the bad ones!!!!! Smiles and Merry Christmas to All!!! Cheryl

Well I guess better late than never. If I could have anything for Christmas what would it be. To move back to Newton County and not be in a finanical strain. My favorite thing about Christmas. I guess it would be all the decorations and the kids. I love kids very much and seeing them so happy around Christmas and on Christmas morning just brings a big smile to my face. What do I wish I could give my spouse. I wish I could give Wayne a truck. It wouldn't even have to be a new one but just a truck (paid for). As for Marci I want her to have a life full of happiness and joy. She is pretty much getting everything else. And for Samanthat I want her to have the wisdom to make the right choices in life (especially where boys are concerned). Do I still believe in Santa. Well of course, if I didn't what would Christmas be. What do I tell my kids about the presents? Well Samantha already knows the true meaning of Christmas and I guess she thinks the gifts are a perk. I am already teaching Marci. She knows that Christmas is Jesus' birthday so I guess she is doing pretty good at 2. My favorite Christmas song is "All I want for Christmas is You" by Vince, Vance and the Valliants ( I think) and "O Holy Night" by John Barry The song I hate the most. I really don't know. I pretty much like all of them. Becky
