New Photo on my post

They finally updated my photo on my post. I will post some more when we have some made for Christmas. I am down into the 170's now!!!!

WOW, I know you're lovin it....One day I will get around to posting pics, before and after. You look wonderful! 170s, you've passed me by (BUT, I am 5'10" and nobody knows I weigh as much as I do). Hope you feel as good as ya look. PS...be sure you let me know when you're in Mississippi, would love to meet ya. D.

I wish that I were 5'10''!!!! My daughter is about 5'8" and she looks great at 170. The doctor told me that I would probably lose down to about 140 or so, when you are older, you don't lose as much, but I don't care about that, would like to be about a size 12 or so but tiny is not me anyway. I am feeling great, still have some trouble with my tummy and certain things, but I just don't eat anymore if it does not agree and usually I know with one or two bites that it isnt going to work out. Vitamins are my big thing. I started back early taking the big pills cause I was feeling all washed out. Now I feel great! I take the Wal-Mart equilivelent of Centrum. I am doing well on the bloodwork and so the big pills work. Less pain in my joints too. But, one thing that I have learned to do is if I feel bad, stomach is bothing me, I just go get in the bed and rest. I dont have little kids though and that is good. I want to meet you too when I come home. Hope that there will be a gathering in summer!!!! Email your photos into the staff at the web-site. They will post them for you!!!! Yep, we'll definately rally up a gathering when you're here in the summer! Just can't seem to get around to mailing photos or scanning and sending them (maybe over the holidays) I am in photos from "The Bash", gal in wine colored dress, shortish brown hair..... I am actually taking the Walmart chewable children's vitamins, but just heard about the centrum chewables. Definately will be trying them. What do you tea*****hina? Husband teach too?

I was using the chewables but then switched to the regular pills. At 6 months the doctors usually approve them but I started earlier and I make sure that I drink a lot of water!!! We both teach in Hong Kong, I teach Art, my husband is a Business Professor at the Univ.
