1. The sugar free brown sugar I use is at Walmart where they keep the diabetic meal replacement shakes and bars. They have the sugar and brown sugar substitutes for baking. It is called Diabeti Sweet brown sugar substitute. The brown sugar is in a brown bag and the sugar in a blue bag.
2. I make my crusts out of the sugar free vanilla wafers and butter. If I absolutely need graham crusts I just buy the already made up ones. I did find one reduced sugar one time at Walmart. But graham crackers don't make me sick. Not enough sugar I guess.
3. Your man is doing fine. He is missing you, of course because I won't rub his bald head for him.
Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Melissa
P.S. If you can't find the Diabeti Sweet, you can take one cup of splenda and add 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup, and that makes brown sugar. It doesn't do as well, but I have done it in a bind before.
I have to tell you that I made your squash dressing tonight and it is WONDERFUL!! Your honey, Brandon and I all loved it. We all three love squash and onions anyway. But that is by far some of the best dressing I have ever eaten.. Goes good with cranberry sauce too! Thank you for sharing it with us.
Love you, Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
