I couldn't find the recipe I used last year but I found these 2. I have not tried either one so I'm no help on if they are good. But to me they both sounded good. I was only 10 days out of surgery last year at Thanksgiving so this year I have went recipe crazy...

1 9" pie shell
Heat oven to 350 degrees
In mixing bowl, cream margarine and equal. Add eggs, syrup, salt, vanilla, and pecans, mix well pour into pie shell. Top with whole pecans for decoration(if desired) Bake 50-60 minutes
Recipe#2

Becky
Yummy Becky!! Pecan Pie is my favorite, and my weakness. I was horrible today. We went to J's Thanksgiving dinner at work and I ate a half of a piece of real pecan pie, and boy was it sweet. I paid the price, I got light headed, broke out in a sweat, all the usual dumping stuff when I eat sugar. But I have to say I think it was worth it...
Anyway, I am going to try this recipe. Thanks for sharing it with us!
