okay so my carbs look horrible but i think it is mainly cause of the fruit. Also I have noticed that planning my meals out I DO NOT stray from my meal plan but I am not eating everything I put down. Which is a good thing. But I dont change my totals in case I miscalculated on something. I also will drink 80 oz at least of water today and I will work out tonight for 45 min. btw I worked out for 30 min well walked on the treadmill at speed of 3.7 at a 4 incline and worked off 280 cal. Can you believe that. Girls & gents get that exercise in it helps way more than you think. Did you know that if you eat one m&m just one you would have to walk the length of a football field to walk those calories off. Think about it!

Well, damn, I don't think I will be eating any M&M's. To walk off the calories in one M&M you would have to walk the length of a football field. That certainly puts things into perspective.
Well, if eating goes for me like yesterday I won't be able to eat much of this. That antibiotic has my tummy really messed up. But here is what I plan to eat.
B 1/2 Bacon/Cheese Omelet from Dan's
S banana
L grilled tuna 2.5 oz
1/2 c steamed broccoli
S apple
D smoked pork chop with onions and peppers
1/4 c broccoli with lowfat cheese sauce
1/4 c corn in lowfat sauce
S low sugar homemade oatmeal raisin cookies

No M& M's for me, skittles are my weakness, but it is probably the same thing for them. I guess I better get to walking, LOL..
B- 1 bowl of Cinnamon Crunch Toast(made with Splenda) with Lactaid
1 Cup of Coffee (with splenda and lactaid)
S- about 8 skittles
L- Korean Chicken Bulgogi (Stir fried chicken with onions and carrots with a spicy sweet sauce) with steamed rice - Unsweet Tea with sweet & low
D- BBQ - I am not sure what exactly we are having as we are attending the Annual Salute to the Military, usually this is a formal event but due to the hurricane it is Business Casual this time.
I really wanted to dress up!! I will have to post later what I actually have for dinner and dessert.. I am sure it won't be sugar free so I prob won't eat any of it.
I walked about a mile today, between squadrons.
