Sorry I just dont get on my computer at all on the weekends so I prob wont post these on the weekends but I promise to be here Monday through Friday. Anyhoo this is my meal plan for today.
breakfast

10 animal crackers cal-130, fat-4, carb-22, protein-2
supper
2 bonless skinless chicken strips cal-180, fat-9, carb-2, protein-31

My carbs are high but mainly cause of the darn fruit. I dont look at the fruit being that bad so I am not worried about it. My calories are also a little higher than I like to see but I will work out tonight for at least 40 min. on the tread mill. Also I will drink at least 80 oz of water. morning (this is all morning, I got up at 5:00)
1.5 cups (probably not that much just guessin) granola cereal w/milk
2 ounces roast beef lunch meat
protein shake
Snack - protein shake - 3 pretzels
noon - chilli pie (fritos-chilli-cheddar-sour cream)
Supper (plan)
3/4 chicken breast (chicken parmesan)
mixed vegies
80 oz water (plus) I WILL NOT SNACK, I WILL NOT SNACK, I WILL NOT SNACK
That is the plan - and so far I am sticking to it. I had to add some very flavorful items to my menu to help out, just trying not to overdo, which I am full as can be from the chilli pie - kind of grew when I was fixin....Love you guys, DeAnna.
B 1/2 Bacon/Cheese omelet

L ordered a grilled chicken salad, ended up eating the chicken off and 1/2 a boiled egg

I am kind of off my feed today. I am sick and on some antibiotics that are making me feel very sick and sending me to the bathroom umpteen times. Matter of fact, as soon as I am finished with this project I am working on I am going home for the day and rest. And see my boss tomorrow.

I hope you don't have that mess I had. I was sick all of last week. Brandon is home sick today, but luckily I was already off. I got my first speech done for oral communication, Whhhheeeewwww... I have another one due the first week of Dec and three more essays in Sociology before Dec. 8 This condensed semester is kicking my butt! I have no time to be sick again.
I hope you feel better soon. Rest is the best thing for you when you are sick.

It is my antibiotic making me sick. Biaxin is the best one for what I have gotten from breathing all that mold at the office. That mold got my allergies all messed up and I formed an infection in my sinus passages. Thank goodness those people finally worked us in and have gotten our offices all demolded. But, Biaxin is really strong and makes me sick since my surgery. The last time I had to take it I ended up in the emergency room getting liquids, but so far it is not bothering me that bad this time. I am able to eat some and get my liquids in. So i will make it. It is only for seven days.

Let me see... Hmmmm... I have not ate very much at all today, been to busy running around, and taking care of my sick child.
Water (12 oz)
B- Banana & a cup of coffee with splenda and lactaid
L- 1/2 tuna salad sandwich & bottle of water (20 oz)
S- tablespoon of peanut butter, part of a pepsi (I know, BAD ME) (3 oz)
S- Had to make sugar cookies for my son's project at school (licked the spoon with the batter on it, YUMMY)
D-homemade chicken pizza with mushrooms and cheese, water (20 oz)
I will try to drink more water before bed, but who knows.

B~2 scrambled eggs and 1/2 a piece of toast
L~1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/4 cup of unsweetened pineapple bites and 3 ritz crackers
S~3 sf merainges ( thanks SARA)
D~1 small tamale and 5 chips with guacamole and 2 bites of my chili renanoes (sp)! ( it was about 2 bites too much)
I have had my vits, and drank about 36 oz of water , i will drink more before bed. I worked out at curves today too!
