what ya'll eat to today?
About noon: the rest of my taco salad from Taco Bell - remember Polly ate the shell!
Supper: I tried to eat pigs-in-blanket. Didn't work. Polly liked the sausage out of the middle.....
Supper (again!!!!) 1 slice 40 calorie wheat bread, 2 tsps peanut butter and 1/2 banana - Polly got two bites of this....
Snack...baby carrots and ranch dressing
Another snack....about 10 fat-free wheat thins and that spray cheese in the can on them....extra sharp cheddar!
Drank what I could....
Ohhh lord.. let's see...
B: bowl of strawberry yogurt cheerios w/ skim milk

L: 1 ruby tuesday's crispy buffalo chicken wonton w' blue cheese dip, three bites of hubby's steak, broccoli

D: 3 oz of steak w/ mushrooms and onions from Sara and Bryan's bbq.. yummm. 1/4 of a tater w/ ff sc and cheese
S: blue bunny no sugar added ice cream bar
80 oz of sf tea, 12 oz of water ( YESS!! but with a lemon in it lol )
10 oz of milk ( w/ cereal )
walked thru the mall for hours.. does that count for exercise?

Ok here's mine. Its better but still not great.
B-3/4 cup cinn. toast crunch with 1/3 cup milk
s- small apple
L-2/3 cup spegh. small piece of texas toast
s-small cheese quesidilla
S-TGI Friday's frozen baked potatoe skins 5 small ones
s-piece of lemon pie (i made and sf) it was good too.
s-6 sf vanilla wafers
I think that was all. Like I said better but still not great. I drank I know 40 oz of water maybe more. Let's see how today goes.
